Hi
I'm having Intermittent short audio drops on CME SIP Calls both inbound and outbound.
just half second drop between couple of seconds, and it doesn't happen always.
when i tried to reproduce the problem to collect some logs it seems to be working fine.
customer reported this issue few times yesterday.
i've attached a log with Debug ccsip message/events/calls also the used the command
“Show call act voice brief” during and after the call
Outbound call from SIP number 02074022082 to my mobile
On my mobile sometimes the audio was cutting off. Always Mobile/External end experince this behaviour but IPPhone end is Always fine.
so its oneway.
Calls not disconnecting just one way voice dropping and it happens intermittently.

This could also be a QoS issue. Do you have any QoS configured on the UC540?

Hi Daniel
Thanks, I already have a QoS configuration on the UC540.
UC540 is used only for voice and connected to Cisco 1900 WAN router,
which route voice and data outside via fiber line. I think there is congestion on the fiber line,
ISP will send an engineer next week to test the line, I'll update here later.
Thanks
Shameer
