We have our help desk agents set up so through the administrator desktop we can record calls. We replaced the
phone of 1 user and now we can not record this one person. On the 7965 config, what are the key things that should be enabled /disabled for this to work? I copied another users template and have compared the phones and knowing the span to pc port must be enabled and g 720 as well..anything I am missing?
Oh I also resynced jtapi and re associated user with new phone

Enable Span to pc port
Disable Advertise g722 codec.
