Silent Ring on a sip phone in cme

For a shared line on a sip phone in CME 9, how do you enable silent ring?

No extension mobility in use.

Record a silent PCM tone and use as customized ringtone where necessary.

Any updates to this in the past five years?  Is there a CLI command for silencing ring of a SIP line rather than having to record a silent rington?
