Hello,
Configuration:
[FreePBX] <=(SIP)=> [Cisco 2901/CUCME] <=(E1 PRI)=> [Panasonic TDE 200]
We have IVR on FreePBX server.
On some IVR cases FreePBX is making group (simultaneous) calls to numbers 000135 and 000777 (over SIP trunk to C2901).
C2901 is striping leading 000 and forward calls to Panasonic TDE 200 PBX (over E1 PRI channel).
Problem:
Some times both 135 and 777 extensions are receiving simultaneous calls (as it should be).
Some times only one 135 or 777 extension is receiving call
In some very rare cases no one extension have incoming call.
From log files I can see that Cisco2901/CUCME in all cases is receiving simultaneous calls by SIP trunk from FreePBX but in some cases Cisco2901/CUCME is making simultaneous calls to TDE200 over E1 PRI channel while in some other cases Cisco2901/CUCME is making only one call to TDE200.
Here I have attached 3 log files from Cisco2901/CUCME:
OK 135 and 777.txt - both extensions 135 and 777 are getting simultanious calls
FAIL 135.txt - extension 777 is receiving call while 135 is not
FAIL 777.txt - extension 135 is receiving call while 777 is not

It seems I found the source of problem. I was in call routing.
