Hi All,
I have a customer who I deployed SNR for which seems to work fine until the end user tried to edit the remote destination number (typically a mobile) this updates fine however the CUCM continues to route calls to the old number and completely ignores the new updated one, replication is good throughout the cluster.
I have also asked the customer to completely delete and re-add a new remote number, again with no effect, currently the customer has completely removed any remote destination numbers and the calls continue to be routed to the 'original' mobile device!!!
Anyone seen this before is it a bug as I can't find anything to match it?

which cucm Version ?
Which local installed?
We have also this Issue but with German local only...

I have now resolved this problem with a db repair, seems somehow the SNR settings for a single user had been orphaned
