single number reach on cme - softkey mobility is not working

Hi,

I've cme 8.6 installed on a cisco router 2921, ipphone are 7942G and 7962G, I've configured SNR, but when i want to use the softkey mobility to activate and deactivate SNR I've an issue it does not work. Have you got any ideas ?

My ephone-template is like that :

I think you have 2-points here

1- you should use cfwd-noan in the snr command that "call-forward noan" is restricted

2- I think your mwi will work without mwi-sip ,, if the above sol didn't help,, try removing also this mwi-sip

In fact the feature SNR is working but I'm unable to use the Mobility Soft key to activate or deactivate SNR on an IP PHONE 7942G/7962G.

How can I make the Mobility soft key operationnal ?

Certainly it is a fw bug

try to upgrade the IP Phone fw and check

Also I think the above 2-points need to check also

I know this is a old post.

Did you find any solution? I have the same problem with a Cisco 7965G. SNR is working, but the Mobility Softkey dosent work. Cannet activate or deactivate SNR.
