We're using SNR and have been successfully doing so for over two years.
Today I found out that my AT&T cell phone stopped working with single number reach.
During my commute I noticed I received a couple of calls from work. Turns out the Service Desk was trying to call me about an unrelated issue.
I tested SNR when I got home and found that the cell phone was seizing SNR calls from the CallManager. The cell would ring 1/2 a ring and go right to cell phone voicemail.
I call AT&T tech support and after removing voicemail from the cell completely the problem persisted.
Finally, AT&T tech support disabled HD voice and SNR is back working normally.

Could be nothing; could be huge. I thought someone should give a heads up.
