Single Number Reach - SNR

Hi,

I am having a problem with SNR. I am allowing XXXX from the DN pulldown. when I configure it as XXXX, I only see the 4 digit extension.

Any ideas on getting the whole number for called ID?

Add the external phone number mask on extension(s) tied to the RDP.
