Single Sign-On in CUCMUser - Device Settings can't accessed

Hello,

we have enabled Single Sign-On with OpenAM in CUCM User Portal- Login is sucessful and we can go into the user options menus. Only if we try to access the device option menu we get an access denied error. the relative path to the device option link is /ccmuser/deviceRedirect.do. How can we solve this.

Is the phone associated with the end user in CUCM and is the user assigned to Standard End User group?

Hi Chris,

yes the users are in the CUCM End Users Group and the phone is accociated with the user. When I disable sso and the users log in, the device section is accessable. In this case the user authentication is against AD via ldap.
