So Inbound calls works fine with no issues, however outbound I'm getting a busy signal when I dial out to the PSTN, not your typical CSS fast busy but busy like someone who does not have call waiting. Here are the debugs below.

Looking at your config..The outbound dial-peer that is matched is configured as follows
dial-peer voice 101 voip
description 10-digit local calls to Intelepeer
destination-pattern ^[2-9]..[2-9]......$
session protocol sipv2
session target sip-server------------------------------------
session transport tcp
voice-class sip early-offer forced
voice-class sip profiles 100
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
no vad
From your config, the destination-pattern is pointing to a sip-server, however there is no configuration on your gateway to define the ip address of the sip server. This is configured under sip-ua
voice service voip
sip-ua
sip-server ipv4:10.10.10.10--------------where 10.10.10.10 is the ip address of given to you by your ITSP

Kenneth,
Th gateway is not sending out the INVITE..I need the sh run of the gateway to see your setup...What is the call flow?
Is this sip to sip or sip to ISDN?
cucmbe--sip----cube--sip--itsp?

Call flow is ITSP->CUBE->CUCMBE->IP Phone.

Yes I discovered that when I got home today. I thought it was in the config but it wasn't. I applied it to my config and all is working. Thank you for assisting me with this.
