Sip Alg Setting

Hello,

I apologize if this question has an obvious answer, only one of our clients uses a Cisco device so I'm not very familiar with the ins and outs of its operation beyond reloading the current configuration. They're getting a new phone system and their VoIP provider is requesting the Sip Alg be disabled. Where would I find this setting in the device to disable? They have an ASA5505 model.

I've searched around a few forum posts but the language is going over my head. Apologies again for the basic question, double apologies if this was posted on the incorrect forum. I greatly appreciate any help!

Hi.
I think these posts may be helpful:

https://www.exigent.net/blog/troubleshooting/how-to-configure-a-cisco-asa-5505-for-voip/
I don't configure firewalls, but have had to work with a few security teams to accomplish this, too. Hope it helps.
