Hi,
I have SIP trunk from Verizon and have few Toll free number from AT&T, I have few outbound agents and their External Phone Number Mask is TFN. Now when this agents make outbound call it fail. I can see logs INVITE properly handed off to verizon. Is there any way to make it work. I already tried with Diversion Header, but no change
