SIP inbound working but outbound not working

SIP provider is changing their IP addresses.

Otherwise all port settings for both UDP and TCP are the same.

I've updated the config with the new IP addresses.

Inbound calls work.  Outbound calls do not.

Config attached.

What is your question?

The posted configuration does not include any voice (CUBE) configuration.

Need to see your dial-peers on your CUBE since Im assuming the call is leaving CUCM.
