SIP Multicast Paging no audio 7841 -> 7841

Dear Community

I am having problems with multicast paging not working, when i call the pager no. phones accept the call, enable speaker and mute button, but no audio comes out. I have tried using Unicast which works perfectly.

I looked at this post: https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/7821-sip-to-sip-paging-issue-cme-10-5/td-p/2800936 but setting the CODEC does not fix my issue.

I am not sure where the problem is located, and i hope someone has an idea in which direction to troubleshoot this. Am I missing some multicast configuration on the router maybe?
