SIP Normalization Script

Hi

I need help in writing a SIP normalization script for UCM 10

i am receiving the SIP info as

REFERRED-BY: < sip:YYYY;c=ms-ova-data;v=1.0;Extension=XXXX>

when i need it in this format
REFERRED-BY: < sip:XXXX@Marnix Coosemans;c=ms-ova-data;v=1.0;

anybody able to help with this?
