Hi,
Well, as per traces, CUBE is sending INVITE to your provider but not getting any response hence call is being dropped. So either your provider is not getting INVITE or not responding. You can first check there is no issue with the network else need to check with provider why they are not responding to INVITE message.
Do you see any policy agreement with your provider what CLI should be send in INVITE message or any other requirement they have?
