SIP outgoing call one way voice

Hi,

Call flow is like.

SIP on Switch==> Router==> CORE==> CUCM.

Sip Proxy:10.200.28.181.

Our SIP IP:10.200.24.162

GW:10.200.24.161

CM IP:10.120.100.1

Core SW route: ip route-static 10.200.28.181 255.255.255.255 (10.0.XX.35) (Router IP)

Outbound call is working. but with one way voice. Inbound operator can hear us, but pstn user cannot hear hear operator voice.

Route added on core for sip proxy as well, but issue remains. Logs attached.

Kindly suggest.

99% of the time oneway audio is down to routing issue..

Here is the analysis of your media connection

Source IP Address (Media): 10.200.24.162--cube external int
Source IP Port    (Media): 17156
Destn  IP Address (Media): 10.200.28.182--itsp ip
Destn  IP Port    (Media): 35270

Can this two IP talk to each other?

Source IP Address (Media): 10.0.40.35--cube internal ip
Source IP Port    (Media): 17994
Destn  IP Address (Media): 10.120.100.1-----endpoint ip
Destn  IP Port    (Media): 30492

Hi Ayodeji,

Thanks for sharing analysis, i check this thing. 10.0.40.35 and 10.120.100.1 can talk to each other. But 10.200.28.182 can even ping. So just now i have entered route command for 182 as well router and tested now operator voice is working now but mobile user ring and discussion is dead.

I thinking to add same 182 route in core as well. But doesn't seems ok to me.

Hi,

Issue resolved  by adding routes on router.

ip route 10.200.28.182 255.255.255.255 10.200.24.161

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.100.180
