Can you please use a simple text file to provide your information instead of a Word file? There are some companies that have security protocols that don’t allow opening files of this type from unknown sources.
I looked briefly on your file on my mobile phone, as it doesn’t have the same security restrictions as regular computer devices. First of all you have not turned on Cube functionality in your router, you do that with mode border-element under the voice service voip section, secondly why do you not share the entire running configuration instead of trying to show pieces of it with filter options? If there are parts that you want to redact due to security concerns please do so by changing the data. Thirdly it is not best practice to use SIP-UA for registration configuration to your ITSP, use tenant configuration for this instead. Still in a Word file. As mentioned I’m not going to be able to open that on any of my computers as it’s not allowed per company policy. If you want me to help you out with this please post the text in a regular txt file.
I don’t know what you’re doing wrong, I’ve never had any problems uploading a text file. But never mind, please do the changes I suggested initially and see if you get the registration to work for your ITSP trunk.
