Hi,
In our network, We have registered new SIP phones and its just working fine except MOH. We just have software media resources on CUCM.
When we press hold button on phone there is just silence. SCCP to SIP and SIP to SIP Moh not working.
But SCCP to SCCP MOH working fine. Can anyone please suggest me?

Hi,
What is the cucm version?
Which phone models are involved and what is the firmware on these phones?
What is the region ( codec ) setting between the SIP phones involved?
Have you tried restarting IPVMSA service on the servers invoking MOH?
Make sure that the audio files are uploaded on all servers.
