SIP Phones Issues

Hello,

I have 2 sites  :-

the site no.1 :

is consist of voice gateway and ip phones use sccp protocol and ip phones use sip protocol , the phones can reach to other.

the site no.2

is consist of voice gateway and ip phones use sccp protocol. 

- the phones in site 1 can call the phones in site 2 

- the phones in site 2 can call the phones use sccp in site 1 but not reach to phones use sip protocol.

what is the reason ?

How the calls are supposed to run between the sites (SIP, H323, POTS).

In addition to attached config, can you please perform a test call and share the following:

1. Calling/Called Number

2. Debug voice dialpeer from both routers

3. If you are using SIP, please share debug ccsip messages

4. If you are using H323, please share debug cch323 h225

5. If you are using POTS PRI please share debug isdn q931. If FXO, please share debug voice ccapi all
