SIP Phones Not Displaying on CME GUI

Hi Community,

I enabled our CME GUI. Why i cannot see the SIP phones that are registered and also the DN/Extensions?.

I can only see 1 phone which is SCCP. Is this a limitation for the GUI?

My CME version is 10.5 and used version 10.5 for the GUI.

That's completely expected, the GUI only works for SCCP.

Is there any official document from Cisco that I can show to the customer because they want a proof that this is a system's limitation?

I don't believe there's any doc that says that, I believe there was a bug for that as a sev 6, you can try searching for it.
