SIP Phones Time Problem

I have a 2901 Router configured as CUCME and local NTP Server.

Our time is GMT+3 now that it is summer and GMT+2 in the Winter.

Commands on Router.

R1# clock set 10:00:00 31 March 2017

R1(config)# clock timezone EET 2 0
R1(config)# clock summer-time EEST recurring last Sun Mar 3:00 last Sun Oct 3:00

R1(config-voice-register-global)# timezone 26                           26=E. Europe Standard/Daylight Time +120

Routers Clock:10:00

SIP IP Phone Clock: 13:00

What should be the right configuration for the Phones and the Router to take the right clock?
