I have a UC540 connected to a BRI in St. Barths and have been having trouble running a client on it. I am looking for some advise on troubleshooting the root cause of the 503 errors I recieve,.

Sorry for the lack of specifics.
The client requested use of eyebeam as a softphone platform and we are using the Cisco UC540.
The error I recieve when trying to connect is "registration error 503 - Service Unavailable".
I recieve error logs -

Is there someway that I can trouble shoot this through the UC 540, I know that eyebeam is not the prefered cisco softphone medium.
What other information would be pertinent to my query?
