Hi folks,
Having a little issue here. My outgoing calls are working fine, but incoming calls are not successful. Call flow:
ITSP --> SIP trunk --> 2821 gateway --> CUCM --> IP Phone
There was a recent change in the registration IP but it was working both directions after the change (tested it) and now the next day it is not working again. I did write the config after the change and I verified there was no reload or anything, and the changes are still in the config.
I have attached my sanitized config and a set of ccsip all debugs from a test call. please let me know if anything else required.

I don't INVITE is coming in to the gateway, can you please enable the below debugs
Debug voice ccapi inout along with debug ccsip all

After looking at other similar threads , it could be an issue with provider end timer.
You can try below command under sip-
registrar ipv4: PROVIDER_IP expires 3600 refresh-ratio 50
I would also say involve your provider to confirm if they are sending calls to correct SIP UA
