SIP SRST Wan Outage :- CUCM---->SIPTrunk-->CUBE(Remote Site)--->ITSP

Hi 

We have a remote site and phones are registered to centralised cucm.

CUCM---->SIPTrunk-->CUBE(Remote Site)--->ITSP.
Can we configure the SIP SRST fall back for this scenario..? to make sure the phone are registered to local cube router and make calls via local ITSP

We have both SCCP and SIP Phones .

Any documents would really help me, Thank you
