Hi Experts,
I am looking for a solution on SIP to PRI conversion supporting device/tool in CISCO.
My requirement is to convert the SIP traffic to PRI and distubuting the calls to multiple extensions.
Kindly provide your update on the same.

In addition I require the below
1) Call recording facility with encryption
2) To generate Call reports(Date & Time , Duration) for both IN/OUT calls.

You need a Call Center solution with the addition of third party recording and accounting software.
I recommend you consult with an authorized and certified Cisco Partner to be further guided.

ITSP (Sip Provider) --------(IP Network)-------> Gateway ------(E1)----> PBX ----------> Phones
if yes, i can help you to make it possible and i think you dont required any fully functional Contact Center or Call Center Setup

For Conversion of SIP to PRI, you only required and Cisco Voice Gateway (it can be ISR G2) with additional DSPs as per your call flow and codec complexity. I would also like to know which PBX are you using for E1?
