Update:
I have fixed the call tranfers turns out to be a missmatch in the Codecs.
But I still have an issue where my PSTN calls hit Lync, go through the Audio prompts then fail to transfer to the conference.
If I do a PSTN call to the Cisco handset then tranfer to the lync auto attendant, once I complete the audio prompts I can connect the PSTN to the Lync conference and it works fine.
