Hi kelvin,

Does your SIP trunk has calling search space set for incoming calls I believe you are trying to call 581 extension on CUCM , please make sure trunk has access to that .

Also if you are maniplutaing any digits using transklation pattern etc before sending calls to ext  , trunk should have access to that.

If still no go then attach debug ccsip messages and CCM traces for failed called with calling and called numbers.thanks

Thanks Deepak,

I have configured the inbound css where included the route partition for the phone.

Translation pattern are not involved in the deployment.

Connection-reuse command resolve the incoming call.

For outgoing call, ISP has tuned some setting on their end to make it works. They didn't disclose what has changed on their side.

Thank you for updating Kelvin.

can you add some additional info to this post: the debug ccsip messages on your gateway when making a call, also add the cucm SIP trace for a call.
