Hi Team,
I have a question about SIP Trunk Availability.
Our customer had a 50 Line SIP Trunk Concurrent with agent Contact Center only about 20 person.
On Peak hour, sometimes it's hard to incoming call come in and outgoing.
I check the CDR data hourly about SIP Trunk Utilization was full as picture below :
But since our customer had 50 concurrent call on their SIP Trunk (need to check with the Providers), I thought it was impossible that the SIP Trunk was full.
I check on RTMT it was not full 50 as the concurrent.
Is there anything to check again about the SIP Trunk availabilty?
So we can recommend our customer to adding additional SIP Trunk line if required

the only way I can think of (other than maybe using cisco prime). is to use an snmp poller on that trunk (assuming you are using a CUBE), and monitor the number of call legs on it and devide it by 2.
I think the OID for it is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.2
