Hi All
I have a sip trunk between my 2 systems, call manager ver 8.6 and a mitel 3300 pbx
it seems when we dial from the cisco to the Mitel, the calls dont always work, it seems to just show the number and not do anything, then the next time I try it works!
Are there any special settings between the 2 I should be made aware of, timers etc ?

Hi
You'll need to take a look at the signalling exchange between the two devices in order to diagnose this.
Either set CUCm tracing to detailed and pull them, or use 'utils network capture host ip x.x.x.x' where x.x.x.x is your Mitel IP on the CUCM CLI to capture the signalling in wireshark format.
