SIP trunk configuring problem

hi all ....

we have Cisco cme 3900 series

we are trying to config the sip trunk from zain . but that sip registration is always rejecting from zain system. we contact to zain but they are all so not perfect to guide us what was the problem

i can ping there IP address but when we sending registration request its not reaching on zain sip server

so anybody have experience zain sip configuration

am attache my config also

you are not getting a response back from them on your register request,

i can also see a DNS lookup failure for 

ims.mnc004.mcc420.3gppnetwork.org

have you got the correct host name?  are they seeing your register requests?

the service provide give us the ip address of that dns sip server we configure that but no connection

we ask the ISP they can see our request they say no but they saying that dns ip and what are they give details are correct

i don't know where is the  issue  .  this is they provide details
