I just setup a UC560. I'm able to make outbound calls on my SIP trunk, but inbound is failing. On the other end I get one ring and then a disconnect. Support says it may be a providor issue, but I still find it strange that I can make outbound calls without issue. Any thoughts?

Can you do a debug "debug ccsip messages" on the system?

Take a look at this thread:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2126887
Also, can you post full configuration of your system?

Hello,
Have a quick read of
http://www.voip.co.uk/ciscoccatoolsecurity/
This details how CCA protects your UC560 and you'll see why the 500 is being sent.

Thanks for your help. Turned out to be the ACLs and credentials I was using for the carrier were incorrect.
