Hi All,
I have a Cisco 3825 for a VG and this is supposed to send calls out via a SIP Trunk.
When dialling out from the site calls are being put out over the 2 BRI lines which are for backup only and not going out over the SIP.
Incoming calls to the site come in over the SIP no problem.
BTW - This used to work fine and nothing has changed and of course nothing has changed on Providers end so I'm told.
I have rebooted the Router but still no change. Anything obvious I should be looking at to figure out if calls are even trying SIP initially then failing over to BRI, or if they are just going straight to BRI lines.
I'm no SIP expert so any pointers / debugs to try etc would be appreciated.
Thanks
