Sipgate Trunk with CME

Hey everyone,

I try to connect CME with Sipgate Trunk. For sipgate you need to send your sipgate user id as clid network-number. This works fine with a normale sipgate account because it has only numbers. But as a Sipgate Trunk Customer you get a user id with one letter inside, it's look like this: 1234567t1.

Is there any workaround to send this user id as the network caller-id?

dial-peer voice 1 voip

translation-profile incoming SIP-IN

translation-profile outgoing SIP-OUT

destination-pattern .T

session protocol sipv2

session target dns:sipconnect.sipgate.de

dtmf-relay sip-notify

clid network-number <???????>

authentication username  1234567t1password 7 xxxxx realm sipconnect.sipgate.de

registrar dns:sipconnect.sipgate.de expires 3600

sip-server dns:sipconnect.sipgate.de

I know this was posted 4 years ago, but I came across this post when searching for a solution and was disappointed to find no answer.

Here's the solution thats working for me:

Manually swapping out the user ID in the sip invite works fine on my sipgate.co.uk account.
