SNMP OIDs for IN-PROGRESS SIP calls

Hi,                 

We are currently graphing SIP call statistics via SNMP OIDs below

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.5.1.1.2 – Active calls in

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.5.1.2.2 – Active calls out

Can you please advise the correct OIDs for Active calls in/out IN PROGRESS? As the call is not counted as active until its answered, yet a call that’s ringing (in progress) we need to graph too.

Hi John and Kumar, I am trying to get on CUCM the active calls on sip trunks. I found the SNMP oid's that Kumar report on the case:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.5.1.1.2 – Active calls in

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.5.1.2.2 – Active calls out

but I don't get any value.

Do you know why is that happening?

Hey Marc apologies for the late response.

Encountered the same issue before but it was on voice gateways and the answer I got from TAC was the IOS is not compatible with the OID.

On CUCM have not tried getting the active calls on SIP trunks, depending on the exact details that you need you can try looking at the RTMT tool. I know RTMT tool can monitor active calls in real time.

Yes, effectively RTMT can monitor active calls, but I want to get this info via SNMP.
