SNMP on IP Phones

I know that the IP Phones does not support

The status is the same? The only to monitor is through CUCM SNMP?

Hi,

No it is not possible and I don't think it should be.

Think about a medium environment of 3000 phones and you need to poll each one for SNMP every 3 mins. The poller needs to be a supercomputer to handle the amount of processing in addition to licensing it.

Why anyone would need all of this while you can get the same output by polling this information from a single node which is CUCM.
