SNR configured on CIPC user

We are facing issue with SNR feature  on CIPC ..when we call on CIPC ext from mobile number parallel call not rings on users personal mobile number it only rings on users CIPC phone

 

1. End user configuration created with Checked Box for Enable Mobility  & Remote Destination limit is 4

2. After that  associate the user with the office phone number that he  uses. On CIPC phone

3. Then we configure RDP profile

4. Added a New Remote Destination

 

When we are doing test call from my mobile to CIPC Extn which is DID number ..call hit on CIPC phone & not on user Mobile for which RDP created ...am i missing anything ..CIPC supports RDP feature

Debug your GW and see if the call makes it that far, if it does, then you can work upon what you see in the debugs.

If it doesn't even make it to the GW, then you need to go back to the CUCM config.

Check the Rerouting Calling Search Spac which is defined under RDP. Probably you missed it.
Define CSS which will have Mobile Access to forward the call to Mobile Phone.
