Hello,

Can I use Single Number Reach to achieve the following scenario:

The incoming call will hit a Hunt Number --> Group of Extensions --> in case no answer the call will be forwarded to Mobile Number (I will use here SNR to keep the signalling within the CUCM) --> No answer to Voicemail and leave a message.

Regards,

If you configure CFB/CFNA to a mobile, then you're not using SNR, and the call would be out of CUCM's control

I will not use CFNA or CFB at all.

I will configure the mobile as remote destination in SNR configuration. But I do not know if remote destination(s) do not answer, in this case, the call will go back to CFNA (voice mail) under the DN configuration?

Regards,

All the call forward behaviors configured for a DN are ignored when the calls are extended via a line group.

Thank you for this useful information. I have two questions:

1- Can I add the remote destination under the line group. Therefore, the call flow will be:

Pilot Number >> Line Group>>

1- Remote Destinations 1 (Employee 01 Extension and Mobile Number 01) "activate the mobile after working hours"

2- Remote Destinations 2 (Employee 02 Extension and Mobile Number 02) "activate the mobile after working hours"

n- Voicemail

No, you can only add CUCM lines to a line group, and those can have SNR, but SNR targets cannot be added to a line group.

What you do to reach to VM, is configure CFNA/CFB on the hunt pilot.

Thank you again for your support. So, the call flow will be as below:

Pilot Number >> Line Group>>

1-Line 1

2-Line 2

:

:

N-Line N

====

Once the call reaches Line1, the phone that has the DN associated with line 1 will ring in addition to the remote destinations that are associated with.

If line1 and their remote destination does not answer, the call will reach line 2 and their remote destination and so on till line N.

If No Answer from all lines and their remote destinations (from 1 to N), then the call will be forwarded to Voicemail according to CFNA/CFB under the hunt pilot.

Am I right?

Yes

I really appreciate your support. Thank you again.

I have just one question regarding voicemail. let's assume the call is forwarded to the voicemail according to the setting of CFNA/CFB under the hunt pilot and the caller records his/her voicemail. Is it possible to share the voicemail (using unified messaging deployment) with all users inside the line group.

If yes, what is the kind of the mailbox that I will create in CUC in order to be shared mailbox for number of users?
