Gents,
I'm struggling with an issue.
I have 8 6941 phones under a hunt group, 2 of them when they login in to their hunt group, the SNR won't work.
Any incoming call won't be forwarded to the Remote destination configured with SNR, which is their mobile number
Those two phones had a different firmware than the others, I downgrade the firmware now all of them have the same FM, but same issue.
Any suggestion for that.

You may try checking RNA Reversion Timeout on the Line Group and compare it to the timers in the Remote Destinations for those 2 users. They may have a different cell phone service provider that needs a bit more time to ring the cell phone. If everything is default, the service provider only has 6 seconds.
