Hello all ,
I need your help please .
I have a problem on Cisco Ip phones 78XX can't display the softkey call pickup ,i applied the Softkey Template but not applied in these phones .

Hi there
There is an enhancement request in Cisco with 78XX, if the "Disable Speakerphone" checkbox is checked in the Phone Configuration page, this removed the Softkey options phone.
