When i user make a call , i can't transfert a call because the softkey not appear.
Do you have the solution ?

Do you have the transfer button added to the softkey template assigned to the phone

I've newer vorked with the UC540 but I guess that you will need to have the transfer button in the softkey template for your phones.
What phones do you use? Do you have dual-line on the phones?

I'm having this problem with CME 8.8 version too. I put "transfer" or "hold " softkeys in template and apply to ephone on a Cisco 8945 video phone, however, there is no "transfer" or "hold" softkey available during the call.
has anyone found the solution for this issue ??
