lower X-lite on the Mac will not let me register in the CCM (ver 5.1) there is some special way to do it?

Estimate:
Try installing the X-lite but will not let me log into the CCM, it will be any problem of this version (5.1) I tried it in Windows 7 and did not register with CCM.

Any help please
