Hi,
I have a customer he has a CUCM 7.0 and he asking now for voice mail with Auto attendant and Call recording, Is there a solution we can combine all this feature in one application or he has to buy separate application.

Unity connection can dose the job
But what sort of call recording is it like recording all inbound and out abound call of the phnes ? In case u might need 3rd party app like nice recording

actually they want to record inbound calls and not all calls just certain calls.

how many sessions at the same time ? how many Voice box you need ? , unity express is better for AA and can do live recording

let's say around 10 to 20 sessions, and the mail box around 100 to 150.
for the unity express is there a documentation explain how you do live recording.

PS: depending on the coutry ,you are supposed to worn callers that they might be recorded
