sometimes Outgoing PSTN Call not working for specific extension

I am experiencing an issue with remote user that  sometimes calls are  drop  outgoing to PSTN

I’m sorry, but with the shared information it’s virtually impossible to give you any assistance. You need to at a minimum share details on your connectivity with the public telephony network and also share the output of a debug of a failed call.
