Sound card & VM & BE600

Greeting!

I am making a LAB.

I am trying to run a VM on BE600, then, install softphone on the VM.

The problem is there is no a sound card on the VM, and the softphone can't be installed on the VM.

is there a way to install a virtual sound card on the VM?

can the softphone ring?

What OS did you install for the client? If the server you are installing it on has a sound car you should be able to use it in VM.

The server doesn't have a sound card.

I am trying to run winXP VM on ther server, then, install softphone on the winXP.

finally, I will use remote desktop to connect to the XP.

can softphone ring?
