SRST-2811-7945

Dear,

I have a Cisco Voioce Gateway 2811 having the latest IOS Voice version "(C2800NM-IPVOICEK9-M), Version 12.4(25e)".

I'm configuring SRST on this voice gateway, however I cant get it to support IP Phones 7945. The only supported IP Phone by default on the IOS are:

7910  IP Phone
7935  Polycom
7940  IP Phone
7960  IP Phone
7970  IP Phone

How can I make it to support IP Phones 7945?

Note: Every thing is working perfect when I plug an IP Phone 7940.

Hi Zaid,

The 7945 series needs at least SRST 4.1. Have you tried 12.4(25 T);

SRST 4.1 or greater;
