Similar error was seen in SRST manager 11.0.0 and lower versions as per the following bug

It should have been fixed in 11.0.1, you may check with TAC.

Stuck with this error ,, could not go ahead , tried with IE ,firefox, chrome,etc...
cisco has not released any new update since dec 2015 ,,, it seems this product is seldom used , i believe cisco has no R&D on this product !
