Hi All,
We are using SRST 12.4(15T) along with CCM ver 6.0. The problem which we are facing is that when CCM goes down , IP phones working switch over to SRST router but in SETTINGS-DEVICE CONFIGURATION under IP phone , IP phone still shows CCM as ACTIVE & SRST AS STANDBY which takes a long time to get refresh.Sometimes we need to reset the IP phone also.Same was happening from SRST to CCM switchover but we have configured keepalive as 10 seconds under call-manager-fallback in router & is working fine.
Is there any option in CCM version 6.0 where we can change this paramter?

So, is the problem simply the display on the phone or is there any functional issue?

the problem is only with the display. No functional issue is there .

Seems like a firmware bug to me. What is your firmware verison?
