Can I upgrade Unity from version 4.05 directly to version 7. I cannot find documentation for this version upgrade. My local PSE says this can be done. TAC has mixed results. One engineer says yes, another said no.....go figure. Has anybody done this?

Hi everyone, does anybody knows something about this message appearing in the IP Phones "High Traffic Try Again Later", i was doing a little research and i only found this in a Call Manager 3.3 or 4.1 design, im using CUCM 6.1 latest version.Regards
