I need to be able to upgrade/downgrade my phone firmware, without any CUCM. I've setup DCHP with option 150, and a tftp server. If I just place the contents of the Cisco firmware .zip file in my tftp directory, that should be all I need right? It'll just request the termxx.default.loads, and upgrade/downgrade as necessary? Just making sure I don't need an xml file.
Thanks

The cnf or cnf.xml file is the one that tells the phone which FW to get, so, you do need the config files.
